ClusterTech welcomed students and faculty from The Chinese University of Hong Kong's (CUHK) Earth and Environmental Sciences (EES) Department on July 24, 2025, as part of their Academic Leadership Camp programme. The visit provided students with valuable insights into industry applications of environmental technology.

Dr. Wai Mo Suen, CEO of ClusterTech, introduced ClusterTech's broader work and capabilities to the visiting group, providing perspective on the company's technological expertise. Mr. Chris Cheung, Senior Director of Technology at ClusterTech, presented the innovative ClusterTech Platform for Atmospheric Simulation (CPAS). His presentation highlighted how advanced computing solutions are transforming environmental research and weather prediction capabilities.
The visiting students, who are prospective postgraduate candidates from around the world, gained exposure to real-world applications of the theoretical concepts they study academically. During the interactive session, students engaged in thoughtful discussions about career paths that combine environmental science with technology. Both Dr. Suen and Mr. Cheung shared their professional experiences and emphasized the growing importance of interdisciplinary approaches in addressing environmental issues.
